Application of tungsten carbide composite rod:
The tungsten carbide composite rod is available in two purpose. Cutting purpose uses large, sharp carbide particles ideal for application on stabilizers, fishing tools and drill bits. Wear purpose uses smaller mesh fractions of carbide for protection against earth abrasion on stabilizers and composite drill bits.
For cutting purpose: 40%Copper, 60% Tungsten carbide grits;
For wear purpose: 30%Copper, 70% Tungsten carbide grits.

Working conditions of tungsten carbide composite rod:
1. Working temperature: 1100~ 1300 °c
2. Welding method: oxygen welding, gas welding
